Firebreak sash shutter pneumatic closing have been designed to leave all the passage surface free in the pipe, a very important element in the extraction systems where there is material or dust in transit in the air. In the sash shutter the diaphragm is completely outside the passage of the material and remains intact over time.
CONSTRUCTION’S MATERIAL:
Galvanized steel, body thickness 3mm until Ø 750mm, 4mm over Ø 800mm;
Pipe unions 2mm till Ø 750mm and 3mm bigger than Ø 800.
Rilsan air connection pipe as standard.
END PIPE UNIONS:
L=smooth;
B=with edges (STANDARD);
F= with flanges (smooth or pressed)

Microswitch of position cod. MIC1;
Copper air connetion pipe Epoxy powder coated RAL 3020

IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTICS FOR THE CHOICE OF FIREBREAK SASH SHUTTER 1- Real closing time; 2- to be sure the diaphragm insulation is always saved without possibility to damage it. In the open position of firebreak sash shutters it’s out of damage.
