The passive safety non-return valves ARE ATEX EN 16447 CERTIFIED against the propagation of the explosion in the suction line.
They are the safe solution for isolating environments in the event of an explosion in the suction system by blocking the explosive effect in the suction line.
They are built in standard RAL 3020 painted carbon steel or in AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, all joints welded and a reinforced structure to support high pressure. Equipped with flat flanges and counterflanges compatible with DIN 24154-R1 except for diameters Ø350 and Ø550 and with safety anti-opening blocks.
A gasket ensures the seal in the closed position. Equipped with support slots for Ø550
